We have received a number of reports relating to vehicle interference and theft from motor vehicles.
Your local officers will be conducting patrols in areas where demand has been identified, including locations where incidents have been either reported by the public or police‑generated. Officers will also be proactive and will stop and deal with anyone seen acting suspiciously in these areas.
We would like to remind residents to:
Ensure vehicles are locked at all times
Remove all valuables from vehicles
Report any suspicious behaviour immediately
If you have any information or witness anything suspicious, please report it to us via 101, or 999 in an emergency.
